Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to work with me on your health journey. Nutritional Therapy is a collaborative process designed to support your individual needs, goals, and preferences. These Terms explain how I work, what you can expect from me, and what I will expect from you. By booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
Nutritional advice is tailored to support medically diagnosed conditions and/or agreed health concerns.
Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
I do not diagnose or claim to treat medical conditions. No outcome or result is guaranteed.
2. Your Responsibilities
Always contact your GP or relevant healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
Inform your GP and other professionals of your nutrition plan if appropriate.
Disclose all relevant health information, including: diagnoses, prescription and over-the-counter medicines, herbal remedies, and supplements.
Seek clarification if any part of your plan is unclear.
Do not continue with recommendations beyond the agreed timeframe without review.
Report any side effects or concerns promptly.
3. Consultations, Packages & Cancellations
Consultations may be booked individually or as part of a 3-session package.
A minimum of two consultations is required (Initial + one Follow-Up).
Follow-Up Consultations must be used within 3 months of the Initial Consultation.
All package consultations must be completed within 6 months.
A Health Questionnaire and Food Diary must be returned by the stated deadline (usually one week before the session). If not received, I may postpone or cancel the session.
Appointment times are not automatically reserved. Clients must confirm within 24 hours of receiving proposed times.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of session.
4. Payments
For separate bookings: payment is due at each consultation.
For packages: full payment is due at the first consultation (unless otherwise agreed).
Fees cover consultation time only. Tests and supplements are additional and paid directly to suppliers.
Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

All personal information is confidential and stored securely in line with GDPR.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You acknowledge that results may vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.
