Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to work with me on your health journey. Nutritional Therapy is a collaborative process designed to support your individual needs, goals, and preferences. These Terms explain how I work, what you can expect from me, and what I will expect from you. By booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

  • Nutritional advice is tailored to support medically diagnosed conditions and/or agreed health concerns.

  • Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • I do not diagnose or claim to treat medical conditions. No outcome or result is guaranteed.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Always contact your GP or relevant healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

  • Inform your GP and other professionals of your nutrition plan if appropriate.

  • Disclose all relevant health information, including: diagnoses, prescription and over-the-counter medicines, herbal remedies, and supplements.

  • Seek clarification if any part of your plan is unclear.

  • Do not continue with recommendations beyond the agreed timeframe without review.

  • Report any side effects or concerns promptly.

3. Consultations, Packages & Cancellations

  • Non-fertility clients: Consultations may be booked individually. A minimum of two consultations is required (initial + one follow-Up). Follow-up consultations must be booked within 3 months of the initial consultation.

  • Fertility clients: a 6-month programme (3 consultations) must be booked which consists of three consultations (Initial + two follow-Up sessions) and support through email. All package consultations must be completed within 6 months.

  • Consultations can be held face-to-face in a clinic setting or online.

  • A Health Questionnaire and Food Diary must be returned by the stated deadline (usually one week before the session). If not received, the consultation may be postponeed or cancelled.

  • Appointment times are not automatically reserved. Clients must confirm within 24 hours of receiving proposed times.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of session.

4. Payments

  • Consultations: a deposit of Eur 50 is required to secure an initial consultation and Eur 30 to book a follow-up consultation.  The remaining balance is due on the date of the consultation.

  • Packages: A 50% deposit is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due on the date of the first consultation.

  • For any packages, 50% is to be paid upon booking and the remaining balance is to be paid on the date of the first consultation.

  • Fees cover consultation time only. Tests and supplements are additional and paid directly to suppliers.

  • Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal information is confidential and stored securely in line with GDPR.

  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Communication Between Sessions

  • Communication outside consultations is limited to brief clarifications by email or messaging.

  • Detailed advice or plan changes require a booked consultation.

7. Emergencies

  • I do not provide urgent or emergency care.

  • If you experience severe or potentially life-threatening symptoms (e.g. chest pain, difficulty breathing, allergic reactions), seek immediate medical help by calling emergency services or going to the nearest hospital.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • I take reasonable care to provide safe, evidence-informed advice.

  • You acknowledge that results may vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.

  • I am not liable for issues arising from:

    • Failure to disclose relevant health information

    • Non-compliance with agreed recommendations

    • Continuing recommendations without review beyond agreed timeframes

9. Consent

By booking a consultation, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • You understand the role and limitations of Nutritional Therapy.

  • You consent to your personal data being processed as described.
